自己期望自己是善呢？還是惡呢？或是善惡混呢？或是亦善亦惡？或是不善不惡？或是可善可惡？抑或是庸人自擾？這就是自我認同：善則自信的自我肯定之自我認同，惡則自悲的自我否定之自暴自棄，善惡混等則認同危機，庸人自擾則自我不成熟或逃避。看來還是：

仁：本體、主體、附體、客體、實體。心：作用的樞紐。(認知與回應)性：心積而有善惡。德：存善去惡也。禮學：虛壹而靜的隆禮勸學見群龍無首吉。程朱陸王：性即理、心即理。學與實踐：書禮大同。識仁：精義。
