he's ok, but you should only really watch youtube videos for assistance with form, if you want to follow a serious program, get into a serious program.

Shit sucks. Theres some good advice from chris heria on then-x but anyone that opens with "hey guise" and then follows with shotty advice then tries to sell u some powder or snake oil, avoid them like the plague. Stick to the infographics and read the sticky and follow this reading guide and go to libgen.ru for the pdfs

He is great for exercises to correct posture and has some good overall advice, for nutrition as well. Plus definitely do do your facepulls (NON-NEGOTIABLE). As for programming and form on the basic compounds there are better channels around. Definitely do watch him if you like his stuff, but don’t make it the only channel you are following. If you want some interesting stuff on programming you could watch some of Mike Israetels videos, he talks a lot about that.

He spends 10+ minutes giving an unnecessary explanation on how to change positions in exercises that don't need to be tweaked. Just look at how many videos he has about optimizing tricep pushdowns. It's not even a main movement it doesn't need to be optimized.
