I'm one of those people looks at the price per serving and shops around for the cheapest products in order to save the most money monthly.

In order to hopefully make this country better, I would like to create this thread and hopefully set off the millenial generation so they will be better than the Baby Boomers and get off of their video games and into shape.

I believe Hitler envisioned a youth uprising of aesthetic and physically fit young men and that is clearly what the jews hate.

so in order to f*** the system as hard as possible I dedicate this thread to getting aesthetic Physique in the most optimal and cheapest way possible.

There is no "most optimal" protein, you gotta keep balance, and there are plenty of sources that are reasonably cheap depending on where you live, and what effort you put into cooking.

Some examples are:

>meat: pork and chicken breasts

>vegetables: peas, broccoli and other starch rich in minerals

>eggs and milk

>cereals and nuts

tl;dr, just fucking check the infographs and nutrition thread

would anyone here want to help me figure out the best combinations of incomplete proteins?

Seems to me like there are certain foods that are highly nutricious with still a decent protein content that could be combined with other foods like blavk beans or lentils.
