I'm gaining weight not lean weight but fat. But first let me say I eat one meal a day chicken and vegetables 1000 calories worth usually. I dont drink any alcohol or sugary beverages. I hardly drink any water as well. I work a hard labor job, do 30 mins of cardio everyday, and lift weights full body about 4-5x a week either after work or before. My waist gained 3 inches in a week and I gained 5 lbs. I'm not constipated. Could it be my thyroid all fucked or what? If this continues I may not eat again. Pic unrelated . Wtf is happening
