I think what the deal is that our muscles can technically only accept .8 grams of protein per pound which is why bodybuilders that are working multiple sets of muscles per day will go past that

Just theorizing here.

I get most protein from milk and eggs and if you arent really working yourself theres no point.

It all turns to sugar anyways.
