You are going to fall into depression because you aren't actually cute and you can never reach the goal you have in your head.
That said, most advise you'll find is wrong, the trap discord that's been shilled here and on /r9k/ and /b/ is merely a couple guys vicariously living their fantasies of having a trap harem to dominate and they will doxx you as soon as you refuse to be their slave.
If you still want to go ahead, ignore their advice, soy and alcohol to increase your estrogen levels is gonna make you go bald, fat, lose all muscle and thus make it even harder to lose weight and ruin your skin, instead, go OMAD (one meal a day) with mostly protein foods (meat, eggs) and the odd fruit/vegetable to keep your vitamins up so you don't die, abandon all sugars and wheat foods, do the odd fasting day (I cannot say it enough, actually stick to it, snacks outside of your one meal a day make your body release insulin and destroy ketone bodies, ruining the whole day, drink plenty of water both to stay hydrated and to stave off the initial anxiety of not eating for 80% of the day) and as for exercise, do squats, lots of squats so you get a shapely butt and hips.
