after few days of pain i'v been diagnosed with a gastric ulcer.

i'll have to take antibiotics, for a while, and no whey, also limit my protein and fast sugar intake for a while to let my stomac recover.

my question is, should i keep lifting ? wouldn't that do more harm then good considering i don't eat enought calories anymore.

wouldn't my muscles melt faster then not lifting at all ?

Crohns patient here. ive been diagnozed 7 years ago(im extreme case apparently). As for muscle gains, im on 70% rate. My mental gains has been more than my physical gains. You must lift, must, else you will never get over the disease. Muscle gains are just a side job. Eat good, eat quality, you cant eat much. so lets say you should eat 3k kcal? you must have 2k kcal quality food, your body doesnt work like the average human, feel it out and learn from yourself
