for training principles,
take days off, I've experimented with days off, train for as much that your
body gets into it or that you have already regularly trained take two days
off, me personally I'd gain maybe two lbs, take two days off once every week or switch it to two weeks & two days off,
switch up your routine as in regular body building routines for a month
then for a month do power training, day one dead lifts 5x5, day two
incline bench 5x5, day three squats 5x5, I've had success with this,
then go back to body building, etc,
