I'm positive that sagging jowls is from some

sort of nerve damage & or B vitamin deficiency,

aka, once the nerves start dieing that the tension

in your face gets lost, that lack of supportive nerves

is why the jowls sag,

I think I see this in my face, btw I've got really

bad nerve damage from colozapine,

lack of healthy nerves in your face conduits

As an organism loses energy, it loses structure and coherence. This is a feature of aging and also a sign of tissues that were previously inflated by water and estrogen but the previous compact or orderly structure failed to return. A lack of pregnenolone, progesterone, and other gonadal hormones along with thyroid/liver hormones which oppose estrogen and sustain structure can easily result in sagging. Polyunsaturated fats in cell membranes causes tissues to be more permeable and vulnerable to chaotic influxes and outflows of water and when these fats become a part of the structure of mitochondria, efficient energy production decreases which makes the restoration of structure less likely. Pregnenolone is a fairly generalist hormone, and progesterone a more feminine one. Riboflavin is likely to give a face lift in many people. A temporary high dose (200-600mg) of riboflavin is a reasonable and generally safe experiment provided doses are taken around the evening to avoid excessive sunlight interaction.
