I wanted a bit of input from the experts on this board on the subject. I recently got hold of some roids and I'm gonna complete this cycle:
>week 1-12: 400mg/week Test P.
>week 1-6: 50mg/day dbol
>week 13-15: nothing
>week 16-17 (PCT): 40mg/day Nolvadex
>week 18-19 (PCT): 20mg/day Nolvadex
I have Arimidex on-hand, in case some sides should start showing up, and I am also getting my blood work done on Monday.
I am currently using pic rel as my workout routine and I am very satisfied with it, but I feel the sessions are too short; I would like to have sessions that last about 1~1.25hr.
I am currently bulking so, as far as food goes, I am eating 3300 kcal a day (26% fats, 50% carbs, 24% prots).
My questions are:
>when I start the cycle, should I increase the calorie-intake? If yes, what ratios should I go for?
>can someone post their routine or give me tips for bulking on roids?
>is it okay to do HIIT and IF when bulking on roids?
