I wanted a bit of input from the experts on this board on the subject. I recently got hold of some roids and I'm gonna complete this cycle:

>week 1-12: 400mg/week Test P.

>week 1-6: 50mg/day dbol

>week 13-15: nothing

>week 16-17 (PCT): 40mg/day Nolvadex

>week 18-19 (PCT): 20mg/day Nolvadex

I have Arimidex on-hand, in case some sides should start showing up, and I am also getting my blood work done on Monday.

I am currently using pic rel as my workout routine and I am very satisfied with it, but I feel the sessions are too short; I would like to have sessions that last about 1~1.25hr.

I am currently bulking so, as far as food goes, I am eating 3300 kcal a day (26% fats, 50% carbs, 24% prots).

My questions are:

>when I start the cycle, should I increase the calorie-intake? If yes, what ratios should I go for?

>can someone post their routine or give me tips for bulking on roids?

>is it okay to do HIIT and IF when bulking on roids?

I just wanted to mention that the equivalent, in grams, of the ratios is: almost 100 grams of fat, almost 200 grams of proteins, and approximately 430 grams of carbs.

Don't defeat the entire purpose of juicing by limiting your food intake or workouts to a routine.

That's the beauty of steroids. You can do more and reap more in return whereas without them, you're bodies homeostatic balance will not let you reap rewards for more work.

If you can, workout 2x's a day hitting 1 body part for more sets / more weight / longer time under tension than you have ever done before and continuously increase the load, repetitions or time under tension or some combination of the three.

50mg/day of dbol for 6 weeks will start to fuck with you as well depending on quality. Is this your first cycle? I'm assuming yes.

I don't recommend HIIT training during a bulk. LISS is a much better approach as it will be easier on your heart and blood pressure. You should also be so full on food that HIIT would make you puke. There shouldn't be a moment during a bulk when you aren't full.

That's all I needed to hear, bro! Should I just up the ratio on every macro? I read somewhere that I should decrease the fats, as my body won't be producing test by itself because it will be getting it exogenously (fats increase test levels).

How so? I have bought all pharma-grade roids: cross-checked lab tests on them and everything. I could tone the dose down a bit, if that's what you're thinking…

Should I just eat as much as I can, btw? Like, ignore if I get fat etc? How much lean mass could I expect to add? Some sources state up to 25 lbs of lean muscle. When I've been bulking earlier, I've sometimes eaten up to 5000kcal; I did get "fat" (15% bf, probably even less) but there's a limit as to how much muscle you can add natty.

Better be injecting daily. Test P has a super short half life, I don't know why you bought that. Enjoy your massive post injection pain, TestP is also know to hurt bad.
