Where can I get them weights?

inb4: get used weights from craiglist

first check my flag, and asking specifically for Brazil, but feel welcome to provide info for other places as well

but I want to get them used cheaper useful weights, probably stuff left over from when gyms get new stuff

second it needs to be something I can deal locally, weights should be rather cheaper but mail costs with all that weight would definitely not

Next, what is the necessary equipment?

I would say, tarps for lying down, and bars for pull ups, and if you really must, a bench and adjustable rest for bars

Are there no online marketplaces for used equipment? I agree, mail isn't a great option for weights. If you really need to, you can do a lot with concrete, and it's like $5 for a 60lbs sack (at least in the US), very cheap on a per pound basis. Water is also 8lbs per gallon, a 5 gallon bucket would weight 40lbs. Sandbags are also a option. While you are using your improvised weights you can keep an eye out for some secondhand equipment. A bench can be built with scrounged scrap lumber, foam and a yard of vinyl.

the problem is that I can't of equivalent to craiglist here, there are used subgroups here and there, but that's why I'm asking

while, the water thing is actually a good idea, I can't do too much with other stuff because I live in a apartment and things would get messy

I don't think its that great though, liquids have an inherently balance issue

so you can't compare it like a dumbell for example, with its weight precisely centered on your hand
