Hi /fit/

>inb4 lurk moar

I’m a college student, 2nd year, and need some help balancing my student life and excercise. My classes end at 4pm everyday, after which I usually do homework until about 8pm. My dilemma should be clear- I don’t have time to exercise in a regular capacity everyday. Hell, I don’t even have a routine.

Does /fit/ have any suggestions?

>homework

Are you dumb? I finished my master without having to any "homework" besides graded stuff.

I mean I am pretty fucking stupid so

You could use your desire to get fit as motivation to finish your homework faster, and then you could just work out later in the evening. How late is the gym open? There’s also plenty of stuff you can do without much equipment, and if you don’t live in a bad area you can still run/bike for cardio at night.

Simple solution: do your training before your classes start

< "I don't do homework, unless it's graded, then I do it. That still counts as not doing homework"

Do you not know what homework is?

In university, the teacher don't check your homework at all, sweety. Where I am, there's not 4 hours of graded stuff each day (not even 4 hours a week); only the projects and exams are graded.

Homework helps though.

To be fair I skipped most of mine last semester and still got a good GPA, but you should be doing at least some of it, or else you're just setting yourself up for failure.

I want to get straight A's this semester.

Why does it matter when your classes end?

I also find it hard to believe you truly do 4 hours of homework per day. On my worst days last semester homework would only take me 2 hours tops if I was spending my time well. Of course, sometimes I had english papers that took 12 hours to write, but only because I procrastinated.

I also find it hard to believe you have classes until 4pm. You likely start late or have days off or breaks in there. I surely do. So stop pretending you have it harder than it really is.

Just go to the gym everyday and do your homework. Stop browsing 8chan.

College is a mistake. Might as well be the first one to tell u that much.

Just take an hour after class and before homework to workout. Do homework until 9 pm. Problem solved. You'll still get to bed on time; not like you were getting much else done during your day after 8pm. I know that you can't really fit a productive gym visit into an hour's time, but you're just starting out so you don't really need access to any machines to cut fat and make gains effectively. Jogging, sit ups, push ups, hand weight exercises. You could do an hour of that stuff at home with basically no set-up time, and you were going to shower anyways so there's no extra time added on the back end.

Yes you do, lazy ass.

Working out every day is pointless tbh.

You are wrong, lift one hour every other day, do cardio for one hour every other day, rest every seven days.

That is how you can easily start a routine that will keep you heathy through life.

Interesting how you decided not to tell us when your classes start in the morning. Since you finish homework around 8-9, you can be in bed by 10 and get up at 6 to workout. I'm guessing you already knew this but you wanted us to tell you "oh anon, your life is so hard, maybe just workout 20 minutes on the weekend."

Workout in the morning, pussy. You already knew the answer before you posted.
