It's ambiguous. Raw garlic (if it's fresh) is some unpleasant stuff. I've used fresh raw garlic juice before to clean a dental infection and it was legitimately more painful than the infection because raw garlic juice inflicts chemical burns. It did clear out the infection though so that was a win. In general in large enough doses raw garlic does make me queasy. People underestimate how powerful raw garlic and it's easy to overconsume if you're new to it. Normally you might cook 40 cloves' worth of garlic, but when it comes to eating it raw you'd just eat a single clove or two (cloves would be those little mandarin-like garlic slices), not an entire head of garlic, but if it's not very fresh then you might have more. If you're just eating straight raw garlic by itself (and nothing else) it's definitely gonna feel unpleasant. And if you eat too much raw garlic, it will fuck with your gut.
That said raw garlic is an intestinal parasite killer and it's possible that it's fucking with stomach worms or whatever but usually that would ultimately end up making you feel better (because dead stomach parasites), not worse. Like, you'd notice an uptick in your appetite, more energy, general improvement in health, that kind of thing, since the parasites are fucking with you a lot less.

Have a doc test you if you're concerned. The general signs you have serious stomach parasites are that you feel like complete shit, can't really eat, sleeping troubles, diarrhea, and lack of energy, or that you'll be shitting them out. That doesn't really help with figuring out milder infections though. Go get tested if you're worried, which typically means a doctor will be carefully analyzing your feces which means a low infection can still miss detection. The other method is to basically have a camera down your throat or up your ass inspecting the state of your stomach.
