To exercise it just cletch it like how you stop the flow of your urine. Hold it a release and repeat, you can increase the time held to increase difficulty

Horse stance develops the pelvic floor. Going lower into the horse stance until it's a stretch will stretch the pelvic floor.

Get a kegel app. I use one. I exercise my pelvic floor twice a day. Sometimes more if I'm bored. It makes my cum squirt harder/farther too.
