Started lifting nearly 3 months ago and recently recalled that I have a high carrying angle: cubitus valgus.

I self-measured the angle from a picture I took and it's about 30 degrees.

I haven't been able to find any resources that touch on the subject of lifting weights and the carrying angle abnormalities, so I thought I'd ask here.

So, do any of you have an abnormal carrying angle and any advice on how to deal with it?

If I have a high carrying angle, should I position my hands/elbows differently to maximize my lifts and minimize injury?

I think this is a sign of unopposed estrogen. It doesn't mean estrogen is high necessarily—just unopposed by vitamins and other hormones. Seek the four fat soluble vitamins and higher levels of T3. B vitamins will help the liver inactivate estrogen sooner. The joints may have some calcification that must be dissolved to grow into new ranges of motion. Vitamin K2 (MK-4) and reducing the influence of serotonin may help.
