Keep in mind again that I was doing calisthenics for a very long time and have just started with the weights again, also these are my working set weights, not my maxes.
>Squat, 210x5, for last 3 sets
>Bench, 210x5, for last 3 sets
>Pullup, 45x5 on a weight-belt for last 3 sets (close-grip), widegrip is with 30 lbs
>DL, 275x3 for last set
>Front Squat, 175x5 for last 3 sets
>One Arm Rows, 85x5 for last 3 sets
>Dumbbell OHP, 65x5 for last 3 sets
It'll balance out again in time. I'm only 175 pounds right now, of course that's with almost no body fat.

It was a complete accident, manslaughter not murder. I think the state was being merciful only giving me 3 years mandatory. Still lost 61 pounds in there which was of course a huge setback.
