What's a good 800-1200 calorie meal that's either no cooking or no-maintenance cooking? I've been eating pizzas cus they're too convenient. Cooking chicken is a hassle, need to drain fat and clean the oven pan. For easy food it's either pizza, chips, cheese or roast potato.

Tbh cooking is such a hassle altogether that I usually only eat one or two things in a day. I'd never eat anything more than potato, cheese and chicken on any given day, maybe with some milk. I have different 5 items in my fridge: potatoes, chips, milk, cheese and 2 pizzas. I need uniformity otherwise I spend an hour a day centered around cooking, even if it's really easy stuff (I think I have ADHD).

Try cooking a bunch of shit in advance, one big batch of some protein heavy shit, like chili with meat and spinach or some shit. Freeze the excess and later you only have to warm it up.

Don't be a lazy shit; learn to cook. It's not that hard, especially when you get autistic about it preparing meals in advance makes it easy to track macros/cals and saves tons of time. And don't bullshit about not having time, because we both know that's a lie.

Honestly though, canned food is probably what you're looking for. Steam canned veggies in the microwave. Make chicken or tuna salad sandwiches. There's cold cuts, raw fruits and veggies. Go to a farmer's market if you want deals. Get anything you want, really. Just stop eating literal garbage, OP, you lazy waste of space.

Is food expensive in Ireland? I can kind of imagine with the tiny little land mass you potatoes live on. When I'm being super lazy i'll buy pic related for 4-5 bucks,11g of protein per link. I'll cook em with eggs and rice.

You nigger, that takes like 45 minutes total. You could prep 7-8 chicken breasts in 5 minutes, cook it at 400 degrees for 30, go jack off, come back and plate it and clean everything up within 10 minutes. It takes no fucking effort. You are BITCH MADE and you will NOT make it.
