>loose skin
it depends on how long your skin has been stretched out and just how lucky you are. quite possibly fasting or keto will be a better method for weight loss than calorie cutting for loose skin because it does something to your skin's connective tissue.
>exercises for beginner
mobility stretches and body weight exercises. do it for a few months with perfect form before you move on to weights.
>exercises for weight loss
for a fatass, swimming, walking, and biking. maybe elliptical. low impact stuff that you can do 30-45 minutes that's easy on your knees. honestly you should do only cardio until you feel reasonably in better shape. but cardio and getting started on resistance training is also good.
>food questions
increase your protein intake - so more eggs, chicken, protein shakes, etc. Track your macros. having more protein will curb your appetite. you get more hungry sometimes because your insulin is telling you to eat. intermittent fasting helps with this. and reduce your intake of carbs in general. if you're hungry, drink a lot of water first. if you ever get dizzy, eat. otherwise, you're just being fat. if it's really that bad, have a snack that you like and that also fits in with your diet. i used to snack on cucumbers and string cheese before bed. or i'll down a protein shake.
>never do
stop looking for short term rewards for your hard work because you'll get disappointed and lose motivation. every fitness related thing you do from now on is just a drop in the bucket and part of the grind. then one day, you'll be surprised to find that you became chad without even knowing.
>do
mistakes are part of the process and accept that you will have a day or two of terrible eating or drinking. neither justify it nor let it discourage you. just pick back up and keep going. when your workouts become easy, make them more challenging. get into the habit of tracking your life and habits so you can reference it later to take note of what works for you and what doesn't.
