I was on 500 test and 700 equipoise per week from april2017 to august2017 and I will tell you that PPL is definitely the way to go for training 6 days a week. However, if you're not on steroids even doing PPL once each perk week (PxPxLxx instead of PPLxPPL) is going to be impossible and you will get injured very fast. My upper chest absolutely ballooned when I started doing incline bench press. I came off steroids because my shit genetics couldnt handle them (eczema).

If you're not on steroids I would recommend the "grayskull linear progression" program because it's not as intensive as something like texas method (which will just cause you to bulk up and get fat).

Make sure to do cardio everyday, at least 40 minutes at 140bpm+
