Alright /fit/ lets see if you truly have this faggotry technique down.

For non-being fucked in the ass reasons I have an anal fissure. This is a tear in your asshole. You can get this from things other than being fucked in the ass and in 50% of cases it will require surgery to fix.

I have my surgery date fixed but I want to be in better shape than I am now because I've put on some weight being unable to exercise for 3 months. I'd like to try and drop maybe 10 pounds in about 2 months.

Now here's the challenging bit. How the fuck do you effectively exercise when you can't do anything but sit with your lower half and can't lift heavy things due to risk of damaging yourself further?

I've been looking at Chair yoga but most of that is just insanely simple and isn't an effective work out unless you're 90.

Don't eat so much. Down 15lb (213>198) in just 18 days.

This. You can lose weight with just diet alone. Are you at least able to go walking? That would help a bit more.

No, walking makes it worse. I do a minimum about just to not get stiff each day.

Mind to explain?

IBS can cause so much straight on the muscles that you get a small cut there.

Basically this focus on your diet first.

With a proper diet you can lose weight even without exercise but more importantly with an improper diet you could even gain weight while working your ass off at the gym.

I recommend you try intermittent fasting, once you get used to it its an easy, cheap and effective way to reduce overall calorie intake. Also since you have IBS giving your digestive tract a rest for most of the day can't hurt.

As for exercise you should consult your doctor as to what you can safely/comfortably do but I would think anything that focuses on the upper body such as bench, seated press, rows, chinups, etc.. should be safe. Maybe try some core work too.

Don't even try to exercise. Two months isn't a long time. If you're worried about getting weaker, than prioritize your protein intake. Don't go lower than .7g per pound of bodyweight. If you want to lose some weight, shoot for a 500 calorie deficit per day. You can get away with a bit more if you're obese, but otherwise losing weight faster than this will be unhealthy.

DO have a balance between carbs/fats/protein

DO get an adequate amount of D3, C, B vitamins, iron, calcium, magnesium, zinc

DON'T cut out all carbs or fats

DON'T change your diet drastically all at once

Also, we all know you take it up the ass, OP.
