There's this powdered Fit peanut butter that I bought last night and it's fucking magical. It's 50 calories for 2 tablespoons with 6g's of protein. You could add something like this to the dry content of a baking mix with your own oats flour that you can blend yourself. Then just do some egg whites. Major food markets like Kroger and Pubix should have an organic foods aisle, and in this aisle you can find sweeteners (sometimes in liquid form), like you'll find this chink uses in his videos. And the stuff is usually pretty easy on the calories and (usually free of) additives. And you can find some really healthy fat-free milk, high protein, (usually expensive) that you can use as well.
I don't have many other recipes you won't already find in the Info thread. but I'll see what I have and you can just think of the substitutes as they come to you.
