Can we talk about lunch and prepping food ahead of time? With all the different theories of health, i cant tell if im eating right or not.

>boiled potatoes

>steamed broccoli and bok choi

>eggs or shredded pork shoulder (not pictures)

>1 tablespoon coconut oil

Im pretty young (24) and still pretty skinny/cut (leaning towards otter bod), so idk if my diet is good or if im just too young for consequences to have started to set in.

I'll probably invest in some tupperware next paycheck if I don't blow it all on electronics or clothes.

I want to start doing the overnight oats thing, and then start cooking like 4 chickens at a time at the start of the week with some veggies and brown rice/pasta variants. However, If I can keep buying this much fish and eggs for such cheap prices I'll be doing that as well. Only thing is, I'm using a mini fridge, and it can only hold so much.

It's hard for me to wrap my mind around fitting enough frozen leafy greens in the freezer with the scraps I save from the veggies. Then I need room for the tupperware and overnight oats. Then to boot, I need a place for the eggs, cheese, sauces, and any other ingredients I like to add, like canned pumpkin. And where will my other veggies go; the ones I'm not freezing, like mushrooms and onions? I legit might invest in buying another mini fridge fam. But first I need a fucking blender - and a good one at that, not the 10$ cheap secret santa shit that my protein smoothies break. Oh, yeah, did I mention the fruit and milk?

Breakfast can be whatever, maybe even a smoothie - will be for me except for when I feel like cooking up a mess of eggs with a glass of juice or something, typically on the weekends. Or it can be meal 1.

Lunch and a snack before or after can be your prepped meal 1 and snack 1 (or 2). Grabbing a handful of nuts and a fruit can't be that hard to prep.

Dinner can be meal 2 (3) and then you can have dessert or another smoothie if your bulking or whatever. Figure it out.

I saw this All Out Of in one of The Buff Dudes videos. You need to weigh your shit. You need shit to cook with. You need shit to put it (what you cook) in.

Milk or another calcium source + a fructose source will help balance out the phosphorus content of the potatoes and meat. Ruminants have healthier types of fat (more saturated) than pigs, but without pork more thiamine sources are needed. Orange juice will lower phosphorus through its fructose content while also providing some thiamine but probably not enough on its own without additional vitamin supplementation.

Diet is extremely simple and you are doing just fine. If you eat foods that you can grow or catch yourself you will be healthy, and you can adjust the amount you eat to gain or lose weight. I would avoid plant based oils outside of coconut oil though, they don't seem to digest well.

college?

i suggest you live at home, you'll at least have more storage space, and it'll keep you out of trouble (somewhat).

I've lived at home for two years while I got my Associates. Before that I spent about two years at home as well, one failing community and the other just sitting around playing bass and Skyrim.

Now I'm in uni switching my degree program to Computer Science (that's gonna be roughly another 4 years) and I like how much pussy is running around here, the >(((freedom))), and the, whatever. I'll probably end up transferring to another college if i can land a scholarship. Then I'll private loan myself an apartment. Idk, I'm only 22.
