i need help / fit/ i realy do

i know this board isn't my personel trainjer but i am very desperate

i am fat, perhaps not obese, but i have very little knowledge about healthy stuff and have a bad history with discipline, now i need some help because my self discipline is so bad i have to beg strangers to help me and i am sorry to bother you all

i am 89-90 KG and 1.91 meters,i used to be 95-100 2 months ago but i lost weight but i don't know how, but now i don't

i got a new job from 07:00 to 15:30 and it helps me with my discipline but here is my problem

i eat: 4 slices of bread with sausage and water/juice with low amount of suger in the morning, for lunch i ear the same at 16:00 in between that i might eat an apple or a banana or another fruit, for dinner it is usually rice with veggies and oven baked chicken or other meat, sometimes just bread

i am not a smart person and have limited resources, i have only a city bike wich i ride to work at a steady pace 20 minutes each day, in the weekends i usually eat a bit more like cheesebreads and croicants, and pure chocolate

i know this isn't my personal blog but can you help me write a diet? i have no problem with staying of food but i noticed after eating less my back hurts like hell

>4 slices of bread in the morning

>FOUR SLICES OF BREAD IN THE MORNING

>for lunch the same

>rice with dinner

>sometimes just bread for dinner

Wow, I mean WOW you are pretty fucking stupid.

Bread, pasta, and rice, are sugar as far as your body is concerned. Stop that you dumb fat cunt. And if you counted calories even once you'd find you're consuming too much, regardless of how much of that is bread. Get the fuck out of here until you take 4th grade health class.

Unlike sex, breakfast is a social construct and you'll do yourself no harm if you skip it.

Fruit juices are loaded with sugar. Try to avoid bread, unless it is 100% whole grain bread such as ezekiel bread. Eat more protein rich foods, they will help you feel more full without being as many calories. For the weekends, only have those sweets if you went for an extra long bike ride first. If you do this stuff for the bare minimum you should drop a few kilos and feel better. Over time cut out more sugar and refined flours from your diet and increase the amount of bike riding you do. If you are ever unsure of what to do, just ride the bike longer. I have never seen a fat marathon bike rider.

Nice bait, Mudslime.

Use the catalog, figure out how to cook, what you can and want to eat, think you should eat, and then give it about half a year.

Hey OP - what about beans and rice? It's a food staple worldwide that's inexpensive and not complicated. The ingredients store well too.

If it helps, write down your schedule and adhere to it like a checklist. I know that this idea is often jeered but some of us need that sort of structure.

Make a budget for money. There are many good videos out there that you can rewatch often.

Look into 'bodyweight' exercises, I think the stickies up top have charts. These require very little equipment and much of it can already be found around your living area.

You can do this, you're not alone!

Progress can be made by anyone. Consistency is a key element and consistency can be achieved through strict scheduling.

Self-discipline can be learned but it must be practiced.

Even if you have a very small budget, it still needs to be handled. In the book "David Copperfield" it's said this quote:

"Annual income twenty pounds, annual expenditure nineteen pounds nineteen and six, result happiness. Annual income twenty pounds, annual expenditure twenty pounds ought and six, result misery."

alright lads, how about this for a plan

breakfast: nothing just some water

lunch/midday snack: 2 slices of bread with cream-garlic-cheese 10 colories per slice, as snack fruit or a carrot or cucumber

dinner

how about it?

That was painful to read. Proper English, Clogfriend.

>in the weekends i usually eat a bit more like cheesebreads and croicants, and pure chocolate

Cut that out, you're not going to lose weight if you eat like a skinny person. Eat nothing but healthy food, count calories to ensure a deficit (so eat like 1750? idk), and exercise at least 30 minutes every day. Do starting strength to gain muscles which will help you burn more calories; eat extra carbs on training days.

The mushroom, pepper, and onion has been added to the rice. I've got 200g of chicken breast with 200g of rice and veggie fodder, and about 100g of broccoli prepped for this next 5 day week.
