Hopefully it fine, I never been to the gym or other place with other people until recently so still getting used to what going on in there. One of the trainer start talking to me about the military since he saw what I was studying so that was nice of him. Where should I eat? The fuck, that's a damn good idea dude. An eating area in a gym, maybe like a bar with protein and health blend smoothies and shakes.

Just snack dude, you don't need to be eating a full course meal in the middle of a gym, besides, most of them, if I'm not mistaken, prohibit foods and beverages, water bottles notwithstanding. So you could easily get away with a nice little meal replacement bar or something, look for the ones that are on sale that offer the most bang for your buck and eat only if you're hungry, or you're going to use that energy or need the energy.

Pfft whatever. I don't need to tell you what happens when you have a stomach full of food and liquid and you try seriously working out.

Fit foods have any decent amount of nutrients and/or minerals, if at the very least, some sort of herbal healing type shit like spiritual health food. But a good fit restaurant or bar can offer high and low calorie foods with the right amount of carbs or protein for your fitness style. Am I wrong?

I browse /fit/ and shit post between sets. It's a huge time waster. But I get bored and am socially awkward so I don't make eye contact with anyone and need to look at my phone.

If you're stuck at the gym, ask for a place to go, or get out and wait somewhere nearby. I don't have to tell you how to live your life.

Too many people at weight area, if I have someone with me I wouldn't feel as insecure about going there. Cardio is also upstairs so much easier not having attention on me than down stairs where the weight are.

The gym is rather huge and have 2 level, with basketball court, pool, sauna and steam room. I went there since my friend have benefit of letting me in for free.
