So, what should I do after starting strength? I want a routine that allows me to progress on my main 6 lifts (Normal back squat, bench press, deadlift, overhead press, pendlay row/barbell row/heavy DB row, weighted chin up) and at the same time being upper-body oriented in aestethic. I have no problem putting mass in my legs, it's easy as fuck just with squats and deadlifts. I would only add an accessory exercise for hamstrings if necessary in your opinion. I have no problem with calves, I found out they grow if I train them bw weight style. Please no PPL, I don't have the time do it right now.
