I need a workout to get me going in the morning, something I can start the moment I roll out of bed. I go to the gym in the evening, but feel I'd want something to fill out the morning as well. Suggestions, /fit/?

Calisthenics, bro. If you're willing to get up early, do some basic cardio, but my morning routine looks like…

Jumping jacks (to wake me up)

1 set/30 seconds of Burpees (get blood flowing)

1 set of situps to failure or 2 minutes

1 set of pushups to failure or 2 minutes

Repeat previous two steps once

3 sets of pull-ups to failure

Then some stretches to get the muscles moving.

on your case, did you try/can you workout in the mornings instead?

I did it for 6 months and I was really glad with it, mind you, did not did right after getting up, (you really can't do that)

you need to drink a ton of water first, make your shake/breakfast too

Rectus abdominalis (the muscles in the midline abdominal wall) are inserted with a common aponeurosis (a shit-ton of fibrous tissue) in between themselves.

A bit of assymetry is to be expected.

The real problem comes when there is a weak aponeurosis or a big distance in between the rectus (a diastasis)
