 No.127361

Hey /fit/ I've spent the past few months since November working out and dieting. Went on keto, intermittent fasting and HIIT exercises. I went from 230Lbs. To 179Lbs. At 15% body fat at 6'0. I was hoping for criticism and advice on what I should focus on next int terms of exercise

 No.127362

Looking god, mate. Id be pretty happy with that body. But maybe you can still lower that bf?

Maybe its just the lighting but your chest looks underdeveloped compared to arms and shoulders, sort of saggy. I wouldn't cut yet, go on a slight bulk for 4-5 months and then start cutting.

>15% body fat

You sure about that anon? ~15% bodyfat usually means no abdominal definition, you look around 10-12% honestly. As for improvements I'd go with Hans >>127380 on the advice regarding pecs

Is there anything you could recommend me do for bulking while sticking to keto

Nice job not knowing how to directly reply to a post you dumb huezilian. In good lighting if your abs show then you are probably <15% bf, obviously things differ with some.

Have a chart courtesy of scooby

I usually agree with Scooby Doo on most things, but this chart is pretty inaccurate (even had to check authenticity of that image)

my pic related would be much more closer to reality, there for he would be closer to 14% indeed,

it goes something like this

> 14% abs under certain lighting

> 12% toned, looks good most of the time

> 10% really toned, fit/chad

> 8% shredded,body builder competitor professional

> 6% seek medical help, you're about to die

hence why I've asked if people here even lift, that you would taken one of the measurements of yourself before and thus be able to judge it better

YouTube embed. Click thumbnail to play.

video related for more info

and furthermore, different people look wildly different under the some estimated bodyfat,

and I estimated, because even the more accurate methods are still very inaccurate

> that you would taken one of the measurements of yourself before and thus be able to judge it better

When I was 15% bf (I measured with skinfold caliper) it looked like close to your 20% in that image.

>different people look wildly different under the some estimated bodyfat

Which is why I said it differs on a case-by-case basis, usually due to genetics i.e. some might have god-tier fat distribution

that's not scoobys chart, he doesn't even have one hes made as far as i know that's just some random anons bullshit chart.
