There's a fat guy at my gym who sits on the bicep extension, sets the pin to the maximum weight, and then dumps like 30-40lbs more in extra weights on the weight stack. He then just kind of leans in to it repeatedly without using his arms at all.

I've seen him do this several times and even when I don't see him I know he's been there because I see a bunch of extra weights by the machine.
