Besides, 100 programs are retarded. I lived in and out of a 100 push-up program for the better part of two years. You eventually get to the point where there's too many reps and not enough sets, and not enough (or zero) warm up sets. Then you have to make sure your upper/middle back, especially your rear delts and low/middle traps are keeping up as well because you can create some precarious imbalances that can lead to injury. And like >>123123 said, and I will agree, most of the idiots writing these programs probably never even completed them. They usually are the stereotypical bald fucks that like to film or photograph themselves working out in their underwear or some shit. Fuck those people and fuck their program.
I actually dropped that program for good this year and haven't felt better. I'm actually making ground on my push-ups, bench, and ohp in ways I never could dragging that useless program around.
