Hey guys its been some time and you asked for a update.
I pulled the trigger week ago and started lean bulk. Wanted to do reverse dieting but somewhat blew it with 3 heavy calorie 3k-4k days. Myfitnesspal counts my weekly avg. for 2,8k calories which is supposedly about my maintenance. Planning to do steady and clean next week at 2,3-2,5k calories and pump it up all th way to 3k few hundred calories a week.
Progress pic on left is from the day before starting the bulk and one on the right is from today, like a week into bulking. Tbh i just think i look the fucking same as last updates pics.
