Ok fit its been one year now of cutting at 2-2,5k calories and doing ss for 3 times a week. I think fit literally turned my life around. I would never have felt the initial pull for lifting and eating clean without fit and its memes.

Guys we will all make it. Remeber to lift and eat clean.

Im still trying to cut few kilos off but scale is getting more and more useless as weeks pass by.

I think your body fat is low enough that you can get on a bulk cycle and still look good.

Don't get me wrong, you WILL put on body fat. After doing all this hard work (you look great, btw), you'll be horrified to look in the mirror and see your abs slowly losing their definition, but don't pussy out on it: you'll be just a short cut cycle away from looking better than you can imagine.

Thanks. I willl probably start raising my calories soon. There is just this anxiety with gaining any fat after working for so long and hard, but i suppose i have to do something or my metabolism will just settle for this and goblin will get me.

Hey guys its been some time and you asked for a update.

I pulled the trigger week ago and started lean bulk. Wanted to do reverse dieting but somewhat blew it with 3 heavy calorie 3k-4k days. Myfitnesspal counts my weekly avg. for 2,8k calories which is supposedly about my maintenance. Planning to do steady and clean next week at 2,3-2,5k calories and pump it up all th way to 3k few hundred calories a week.

Progress pic on left is from the day before starting the bulk and one on the right is from today, like a week into bulking. Tbh i just think i look the fucking same as last updates pics.
