There's an Overcoming Gravity pdf online that shows bodyweight progressions, without and with equipment, based on the exercise. Otherwise It's over 50 besides the pull up bar. Someone posted starrbodyweight.com that has an image of a bunch of progressions too.
Wrestling drills and exercises are good for turning into a meat wall, with all around great strength and flexibility.
Dance is great for cardio that harmonizes movement patterns like yoga for greater balance, coordination, mental health, cardiovascular, and whatever.
Power lifting would be great for year two when everyone has all around fitness and strength and flexibility so they don't get injured.
Sprints, interval running, is actually one of the best things for weaklings and Big Guys alike. Fucking wonderful exercise, because it requires coordination and balance and to pick your Damn feet up at top speed and exertion so you don't fall and break your face.
Required logging of all stats and progress is a must, great skill to learn, stay organized and pay attention when you're getting weaker or stalling because that means not enough rest, not enough food, not enough healthy Shit, low mental health, working too hard in or out of school, or being sick. Take yo vitamins too.
Liquid vitamins are best all around;multi vitamins and minerals, fruit and vege liquid supplements, krill oil, and probably a nootropic sort of thing.
Vitamin water also good.
Having team exercise is good, like, run to the other side, fill these bags with sand, carry them back, and stack higher and higher a wall, then we're going to throw Shit at each other and those who didn't complete the wall in time get shitty defense.
Yeah games are good. Throw puff balls, dodge balls, something. Basketball, sports. Soccer. There's more clever ones in existence.
Also for gymnastics, handstands and cart wheels and L sits and levers and planche push ups and a bunch of other Shit with little to no equipment needed, so incorporating that stuff would be pretty great.
