I'm not so sure about "creative" because the creative projects (merchandise, VN dev, etc.) are mostly handled offsite leaving the place as a combination of Ebola news commentary and lolsoUltrameme (happening, goodluck, etc.) repetition.
Shrines I take as creative but people aren't nearly as active building them as they should be. Sad.
As for "politics", Ebola-chan's popularity is divided between /pol/ and /a/ origins. If pol is to be attributed, it should be bundled with "anime".
If "happening" (Ron Paul) is a tag, "Ebola-chan" herself should totally be one. I wouldn't include happening in tag list. Even without, there's already enough Ron Paul gifs around. He's surpassing our beloved Ebola-chan on our own board. That's heresy.
