I was and am in a similar situation. I think I can give you something of value.

Let me briefly blogpost about how i got to veganism and what came of it. Just that in my case I was exposed to the reality of the meat industry at the age of 8. I quit eating meat at that point and became vegan some years later. In total I have not eaten meat in 16 years. In contrast to you, I, as a kid, was shocked how others could be exposed to the same information and just not care. So my hatred of humanity took root much earlier too. For this reason and many others, my spiritual state was never quite healthy. Neither was my physical body. I never learned why, but I was always plagued by migranes and was underweight. I did sports and was a good runner. I also did good in school. Not that it was fulfilling

At the age of twenty I was pretty burned out. Severly depressed and convinced that this world is hell. I went to college because my mother told me so. My only guiding principle was to do as little harm as possible and be nice to others. I was essentialy a demoralized herbivore male. I didn't eat anything for weeks.

Death was the logical endpoint of my beliefs at the time. To exist and leave a footprint within the material was evil, to dissolve and leave everything to the other was good. A complete inversion of nature and probably the result of what /pol/ calls cultural marxism.

I moved on only by accepting what this world is. Neither heaven nor hell but exactly what the entities inhabiting it.

This reality is entirely, even at the quantum level, defined by the eternal conflict of different wants. Life has always meant to be constantly dissolving and reordering and to think you could ever reach an ideal state is denial. You can at best hope to establish yourself as a creating entity within this sea of chaos and seed it with enough order to give the next generation a better chance of doing the same, so that maybe over the course of several millenia humanity can crawl a little closer to heaven, which in most myths is the place where nothing dissolves.

But to be able to create, you first need to be free to think and to be free you first need to define and control your own will.

This was my motive to weather my depression, become financially independent and to consume meat at the age of 25, just to prove that I can.

I also read about the emasculating effects of a vegan diet, especially if soy based. Being more manly makes you a more powerful agent in many ways, so it certainly is a valuable pursuit.

But what drove me to become a carnivore again, was the severity of my health issues. Intense pain in all joints, sometimes numb hands. Audiovisual hallucinations and migranes.

When I was vegan, I substituted minerals and vitamins. The evaluation of a bloodtest showed that everything was fine, when it was clearly not.

I became convinced, that there was something to meat that medicine has not found yet. Or maybe B12 just cant be substituted.

Either way I tried eating meat again. I only bought from hunters, because the suffering of their product was the result of a more honest power process. The hallucinations and numb hands largely stopped, the pain did not. I became more focused and successful, but I would attribute that to other factors.

Overall I can not really attest to some beneficial aspects of a diet containing small amounts of meat, but it isn't a Wunderwaffe.

If it is seriously causing you to drink, just stop.

The moral dimension is certainly worth considering, to want to bring a worthwhile life to all beings is a consequence of empathy, which can under the right circumstances yield strong peoples.

But consider that if you ever consider harming yourself in the interest of the other, which an unknown farm animal certainly is, you enter a frame of mind that yearns to leave this world ie doomer. This might make it difficult to bring any change.

Its an interesting ethical topic. Im as against factory farms as the next guy, and would probably approve of violence against them. (not like harassing honest medium sized farms like some groups do though.) People seem to have this odd idea of nature of being a sunshine and green fields shit, but in reality theres a hawk tearing apart some rodent in the green sunshine field and under the feild theres bugs and all and in those bugs is all sorts of fungus, and all that dancing shit is dying in increasingly elaborate ways, and it all co-exists, and thats what makes it neat. Trying to save individual animals is looking at things in an ignorant human scale. Each serves a purpose, and suffering is the way of things. So to me, it would seem a mild violation of natural law to be vegan. Personally I try to get local meat, or buy on sale meat that might otherwise be thrown out. Theres also ecological concerns, with the cattle industry being absurdly inefficient and polluting, and the world as a whole needs to decrease their meat consumption, but I guess if you are an accelerationist going to McDondalds could be a revolutionary act.

the problem is not that there are animal farms where animals are kept in disgusting conditions. Or that there is farmers who preventively feed all their animals antibiotics just to never ever lose one animal.

The real question here is: Why do we need this crap even? Why is it necessary? Why can't just farmer john have 2 cows, 15 chickens and 3 pigs in his little farm and feed his family with what is produced?

And when you look for clues, you find out why. There is too many people on this planet. And especially too many people without any significant skill or greater meaning for the human species.

When there is 10 billion people on the planet and everyone wants to eat burgers and not only on special occasions but they want their burgers and bacon every day, you end up with entrepreneurs finding out that they need industrual scale production of this stuff and that farmer John's farm will not meet the demand of consumers anymore. They will buy land, build big facilities, get machines to optimize the use of their ressources to supply what consumers demand.

Then to secure their investments, they need to vaccinate their animals and pump them full with antibiotics. Then they need to optimize space and put animals in small cages because competitors do it too. etc. etc.

Then the very same consumers who caused this situation go on demonstrations and demonize the very monsters they have created. Funny isn't it?

In a sense, what the globalists are planning is a good thing. Most humans are useless. They will never amount to anything significant other than sticking their dicks somewhere and producing more human liabilitiess who will also be demanding burgers every day. So in essence, the solution to most problems today will be when globalists make their /pol/ nightmare true and start genociding off the population until they reach their magical 500 Million number.
