The thing that helped me was 1. installing website blocker that i cant change; and 2. meditation. i went nofap for like a year nd a half in 2017 and coming back to it meditating 5 min a day of focusing on my nostrils as i breath really helped w/ behavioural regulation. it also helps to not get mad at yourself even if you relapse, otherwise you are just fueling the flame. Its better to not give the behaviour any attention than negative attention if that makes sense… but this is easier said than done.
