Might make a webcomic with cyberstuff.

What I need to know is what elements you'd like to see or hate to see everytime.

how do I introduce cryogenics in a story making it look somewhat possible and without giving off titanic/captain america feel?

Do minimal research and include factually accurate representations of stuff (cf. Jules Vernes Works, The Martian ). Include realistic depictions of hacking including metasploit comands as part of story line, or rudimentary schematics, or explanations of stuff. Obviously don't make it too dense so that there is no plot except the educational elements. secretly create the cyber revolution by educating the masses

Given actual cryogenics are probably impossible due to the cell damage caused by it- it'd probably be anesthesia of some sort combined with drugs to slow the metabolism, probably feeding tubes and catheters as well.

Cold does reduce metabolism, so I have heard "cryonics" may be possible, but not at vitrification temperatures. Apparently, they have to replace your blood with a biocompatible antifreezing blood replacement during the process as well, and your blood would be kept separately under different conditions. So it's basically chillogenics, more than cryogenics, and it could be used to preserve astronauts in long travels, but I doubt we would see technology capable of thousand years long cryopreservations in a long long while.

Cold not only reduces metabolism, it slows down any physical reaction and can theoretically completely stop them if you create absolute zero.

But biology, and even chemistry isn't that simple. If you reduce temperature to absolute zero you will denature proteins, cause phase changes in materials that are not supposed to have phase changes, and otherwise just destroy the body.

Yes, and then ice forms in your flesh, cells freeze and burst, and you basically die of frostbite really really quickly.
