Drones were a thing BEFORE everyone was broke AF. Also, look at tribes and shit that learn to build drones from scrap. Drones are cheap AF.I bet there were a few people in it as a hobby before shit went down, willing to donate to the cause.

maybe not tho. that country is absolutely insane right now: gangs of children killing each other over access to "quality garbage", mobs raiding farmers and butchering their cattle just to eat, mad max biker gangs raiding semis on the highway for food, people hanging from streetlamps for stealing - all real stories btw

not to mention maduro's 80%+ DISapproval rate, that bastard probably gets more death threats than hitler himself* so im sure his security is practically watertight.

also political assassinations tend to be a public thing to send a message to the next guy, in this case to not continue to starve the nation to death.
