Hello all,

From the short time I've been here, you all seem to have no problem giving out personal information with discord and what not. What I've seen less often is people complaining about rent or living with their parents.

If this is the case for a lot of you, why not just start living together as room mates? Rent will be cheaper, you'll already have something in common right off the bat, and your roommate(s) won't have a problem with your faggotry since they already share it as well. If any of you are having emotional problems or something of that sort you could have your fellow degenerates support you in trying times to help you through it.

I'm gonna take a guess and assume that none of you have any really useful skills, like knowing a trade or something, so I would imagine that a lot of you would be doing Uber/working for GrubHub or something like that, those jobs obviously don't pay too well, but like I said above, having roommates would ease the burden as well as improving social skills.

I'm still fairly new here, so if there is something I'm missing and this idea wouldn't work because of it, let me know.

I'm not even necessarily referring to some big ass commune, just three or so people living under the same roof. I have faith that if the boys here really want too, something like what I'm describing could happen. As of now, that wouldn't be possible for me but I will be coming back here eventually to try and get one of these started. Of course, it would have to be with the right people since not everyone here is compatible just because we all like crossdressing, and you'd have to be an idiot to think this. I hope I inspire other cuteboys to give this idea a shot.

Co-Operative means still the profit motive and the M-C-M cycle, but instead of a useless CEO and board you have the people who directly create all value managing the firm itself democratically and sharing profits more fairly. It's why there is a bread factory here in burgerland that the average worker there makes $70k. They would make a third of that anywhere else.

As for OP. Don't know what he is talking about unless he's talking about collectively purchasing an entire apartment building and living in it while the tenants are the managers of the building itself.
