Have you heard of a deodorant stone? It’s essentially just a salt cube that you use under your arms. You still sweat, but the sweat doesn’t turn to a stink. it makes much more sense when you get older and aren’t sweating as much as when you’re young and fertile. Butt acne is a different beast from regular acne. Try applying Amlactin every day, scrubbing with a Salux cloth, and getting better seat cushions if you're sitting down a lot.
My skin was permanently pink and irritated around my crack, and those things are what helped me. I still have the spots show up now, but they're fewer and farther between now than they were before and the color is back to normal.
