I've wanted to do something like this for a long time but just haven't been able to find any QTs willing to commit. Or they're unwilling to travel and relocate to where I am because of real life obligations (usually college or just unsure if they want people to know they're a sub, feminine leaning, or whatever).

Offered a "pay for everything" situation to a few younger guys and all have turned down. In my experience they just want to be with their own and not some borderline sugar daddy. I had an experience living with bf (the only relationships i've had) who was like a housewife for 1.5 years. He was 18 when we started to live together. It was fun, i was earning enough to sustain us. We had plenty of time together.
