Unfortunately what ends up happening 9 times out of 10 is that the “au pair” ends up lying around all day watching tv, never cleans anything, and never does anything outside the house. I had a cousin that actually did this, don't know about the sex part obviously, but he lived with a bf, cutting family and friend ties for a year or two without working, don't know how it went for him though. He is a "shut in" (not really except by normalfag standards I guess) and seemed to make it work for a little while so idk.
