When you do squats you have to work your ass in it too, just try flexing the muscles to do some of the work instead of it all being in the legs.

Leg lunges, climbing ladders, clenching your cheeks together really hard for 30-60 seconds as a small routine, sprinting and lastly genetics. Don't overkill the routines. Make them a casual lifestyle rather than a "I want a cute butt right now" because you will lose motivation if you're just waiting for the results and if you overkill it you'll just end up getting a strong man butt. Also for squatting keep your feet close together like shoulder width or a little closer and don't go all the way to the ground because that's how you work out your thighs.

I've done these my whole life and the internet likes my butt. if you want me to post results i can but this is my lifestyle and it seems to work.

Hip thrusts are also an excellent exercise for your butt.

Any exercise in which you pull your upper legs back/your hips forward will work your butt, and that's pretty much the sole action in a hip thrust.

In order to get a "fuller" butt, you also have to work your Glute Medius. And in order to get a better hips-to-ass ratio, you can tighten your waistline to better the effects.

Glute medius exercises are basically where your legs go to the side. There's several of them you can look up on the internet, whatever suits your needs the best.

Also fat distribution is controlled by hormones. If a trap has a nice butt it's either NATURAL as in genetic, or they're drinking some supplements, even if its just spearmint and fennel.

Firstly, increasing estrogen in itself lowers testosterone via feedback mechanisms. The other thing is that you'll literally need to eat lbs of flax seeds/soy/peppermint/spearmint/etc. to get any noticeable effects. A 10% drop isn't going to do anything. Believe me OP, I totally feel you but the whole squats thing is generally true and they do help but when you're doing them, you have to really make sure you squeeze and flex your glutes as you come back up to make them more effective. Another workout that is VERY effective are Donkey kicks and different variations of that exercise. They really help lift the buttocks if done correctly. And finally, make your you eat protein after your workout. My go to food is usually cooked Salmon. Just make sure you get some protein in you as it helps build the muscle that has been damaged during your workout and encourages growth.

My photos I shared, my butt didn't always look like that and it used to be a bit more flat but thanks to 6 years of routine squats, donkey kicks, lunges, and hip bridge exercises, it's helped out a lot.
