He's decent overall but recently he hasn't been doing so great. He saved Vee and name dropped the board in the process, causing an influx of liberalist and IBS subverters, and his videos as of late haven't been that good. In particular his Wings video was pretty lazy as for a good portion of it he used sections of a podcast he'd been on, rather than making a new analysis with what he'd been told there in mind. A lot of his fans are cringey too, although I mostly blame the Kumite for that as those Reddit fags now think that Jim is cool with the nu-skeptics. I think most of the criticism on this board is just a reaction to people acting like he's untouchable. I still like him though, just hope he continues to distance himself from all the Kumite spergs as there time is done now.

I pretty much agree with you. Gabe seems like the "can dish it out but can't take it" kind of person. It's why his internet footprint is negligible, it's why he sounds inhibited and pissy when he gets called out, and it's why he pretty much ragequit for months after he drunkenly streamed himself fucking Jayd. If you watch him closely, little nuances of how important his public persona is to him really stick out. Like how his twitter when it was still up (ignoring the fact that HE HAS a twitter) said "Last cool kid on the internet." Aside from how dumb that sounds, it's really his summary of himself for you, and it's who he wants you to see him as.
I do like him though, he's good for an occasional chuckle, and I love the drama he somehow manages to consistently agitate. That being said, I wouldn't shed a tear if he received a helping of his own blend of shit someday – though I wouldn't wish his health issues on him. And I do believe he is actually having health issues. Unless I'm totally off base, he mentioned again recently how he was in the hospital (I think for a week) for some unspecified problem. And then the numerous past occasions of him mocking schmuck sellouts for using paypig only to stoop to using it himself.
