This is absolutely true, at least in my country. They'll make you file X number of job applications every month, do bullshit courses where you learn shit like "how to build a CV", send them forms they've already seen(like having to dig up your tax forms from 5 years ago) , see social workers, stuff like that, and even if you do everything to the letter they might still cut your welfare for a few months every now and then for seemingly no reason. Oh, and if one of the companies you've applied to DOES accept the resume you were forced to send and you refuse, that's another thing they'll cut you off for. There's workarounds to most of these(with claiming disability and succeeding being the best permanent solution) and these people share tips on various forums on how to best avoid having to hold down a job(such as how to give a bad impression in interviews or write a ridiculously bad application).

tl;dr he's a pagan who went to prison in Norway in the 90s for murdering another black metal guy called Euronymous, who was also planning to murder him. Varg had been linked to the burning down of churches at the time as well, though I can't remember if his involvement had been proven.

He was sentenced to around 20 years but broke out at least once. He tried to get weapons and explosives in order to join the Serbs fighting NATO, but was caught.

He then got released, married a french woman and started a family and a yt channel. The french authorities broke into their house at one point because his wife bought some rifles for hunting or something. I don't think there's any other interesting info.
