We're late to this party, but iDubbbzTV (Filthy Frank's green cunt friend of "Hey, that's pretty good" fame) started a series called "cocks Cop" back in December that quickly became one of his most popular features, particularly after his coverage of Jinx Reload and Keemstar, both easy targets that every normie would either laugh at or absolutely despise.

In his treatment of Leafy two weeks ago, he basically raised the point that h3h3 made in March about Leafy's bullying behavior, but he wasn't held back by moralfaggotry and so bullied Leafy back, particularly for his weak chin.
