>Disney at the '90s: "We can't show Hercules being the son of Zeus that cheated his wife with another woman! That would be too much for a children's movie!"
>Disney now: "Look at us! We have LGBT characters at children's movies! Are we progressive yet?"

Seems like they gave the MSM a bone with the lesbian cyclops instead of the gay Elsa that they wanted. When did tumblr shippers rule the entertainment industry?

They were like this since decades now, that is the point. What was to trust anyway?

Then don't watch their movies. Don't buy their merch and don't discuss the company or their movies online. That's the best you can do about it.
>But people still watches their movies
I don't think anyone would be able to stop that. Their movies are seen basically because of marketing, that's why a shitty movie like Lion King 2019 raised so much money.

My mom loved the new Lion King, but it's probably because she doesn't remember the original since she hadn't seen it in decades.
That's what's good about these movies, they're good movies because their carbon copies of old good movies and it gets people to watch them in the theater considering they wouldn't necessarily be wanting to bother watching the old one at home any time recently.

My mom loved the new one too. I had managed to watch the 90s movie at the TV before watching the new one so I could compare and there were plenty stuff done wrong with the new one, principaly regarding animation and color theory (just to mention one example, Scar song scene Is just way too dark in the CGI Movie), a lot of stuff that most people don't really care.
This is something that really concerns me, since most people don't really know about animation theory or color theory they value the stuff they do know like how real the CGI animals looked and other related stuff.
