I find it a little funny since it just comes off as too little too late. If he wanted to do a commentary on the police using the Punisher logo they should've done it right after 9/11. Since right after 9/11 the cops got all this spare military equipment given to them. Hell I remember a pic of some cops that had an APC with the Punisher logo on it.

Wasn't the whole point of Frank Castle that he resented the system for failing him and people like him?
