We're making a Christmas card! Try to think of any noteworthy comic/cartoon-related events that happened this year, or stuff that happened on this board, be it events or memes, and post a picture (preferably of a single character or object) that could represent it. We paste it on the template, add some well wishes, and post it to friendly boards on Christmas. If there are any drawfags reading this, a new /co/nrad picture would also be appreciated. Otherwise we'll have to use Yannie.
I'm starting this project early to give people time to think of good entries and find decent pics, as well as to discuss possible revisions that might have to be done.

Still here, not dead. Life just got a bit hectic, as it tends to do this time of year.
I've continued with >>1041035 's slightly modified version and added >>1041531 's images. Sorry about the artefacting, I'm not quite sure why that keeps happening, tried multiple ways. But if we shrink the image down a bit before sending no one will (hopefully) notice. Could also add >>1041056 's title afterwards if the sky remains clear.
If someone with better skills wants to take a crack at this to give a better result, feel free. In the meantime I'll keep working on this version. We've also still got plenty of space on the left background and right foreground, so anyone who wants to submit pictures can still do so.

By the way, are you using GIMP? Your problem might be that you choose "Nearest" as the resizing algorithm/interpolation when scaling your PNGs, you need to choose "Cubic" instead.
