I don't think /a/ talks about anything that is crunchyroll funded, especially anything live action. Mostly anime that is ripped from their site by third-party groups.

Might be good if they put in the effort but will likely be crap because Adult Swim & Crunchyroll is involved. I guess they staved off on being netflixed like Cowboy Bebop is with a Live Action adaptation.

Phillip K. Dick wrote a single novel set in this universe and the 1982 more or less film envisioned it. Everything else like this and 2049 is just bogus crap written by millenials with a surface level grasp of his work and using modern "cyberpunk" tropes when BR wasn't very Neuromancer-y which came later also.
