Part 6 fag here. Might as well explain myself. I liked it because it was so fucking weird. Araki clearly wasn't giving a fuck while writing it and while that did give us some parts that were utter shit (Marilyn Manson, Yo-Yo Ma) we got more absurd bullshit that was actually good (Manhattan Transfer, Sky High, Underworld, and Jail House Rock all come to mind). Jolyne is a pretty fun character, I felt like she was an angrier Joseph, even having the same knack for bullshit asspulls I clearly remember thinking "sure why not" after she survived a punch from fucking C-Moon.
The whole arc felt like a manic fever dream and I loved that.

It's set up to follow along with the tone and pace of Part 4: starts with wacky weird Stand bullshit as we're slowly introduced to Morioh and its quirky residents, takes a turn into a darker area with Chase when Yoshikage Kira comes into the picture who is immediately presented as an extremely dangerous threat, and Great Days lifts it back up with a hopeful song as the heroes unite together to track down and stop the bad guy once and for all.
This is the same logic as Disney movie songs, it's not exactly complicated.
