Why exactly Scooby Doo and TMNT never met each other after they both had some of the most unimaginable crossovers ever conceived? You would expect that this would be higher priority than teaming up with fucking WWE or Supernatural.

Which iterations of the TMNT and Scooby-Doo though? The 1987 Turtles would go well with the classic Scooby-Doo cartoon cast, whereas the 2003 Turtles might be a better fit for Mystery Inc.

I think that's the biggest problem. Scooby-Doo and TMNT never seem to have a good mesh of tones at the same time. The idea is solid though, anon.

Ownership. TMNT was owned by Mirage and now Viacom. Scooby is owned by Hanna Barbara (under WB). There's little chance Viacom will let WB touch something they own now.

DC is under the same umbrella as Hanna Barbara so it's easy. CW, and Supernatural by extension, is co-owned by WB. WWE is owned by the McMahon family and actually has broadcast rights spread across several networks so can do whatever it wants.
